Help with Auto Shop App on iPhone, iPad and the web, for the people who work at a shop that uses it.

If you're a customer of a repair shop and have a question about your car, an estimate or an invoice, contact that shop. Its name and phone number are on every message and document it sends you.
Your shop creates your account. The owner or manager invites you from People & access, and you set your password from the email the invitation sends. There is no public sign-up in the app. If your shop doesn't use Auto Shop App yet, start here.
Inspection photos and notes you save with no signal stay on the phone and send themselves when the connection comes back. Until then the screen shows them as waiting to send. Leave the app signed in until they've gone.
In the app, open Account and choose Delete Account, then confirm with your password. Your login is deleted and you're signed out on that device. The shop's business records you worked on (repair orders, invoices, signed authorizations and time records) stay with the shop, because the shop is required to keep them. You can also ask us by email to delete your login.
A shop's records belong to the shop. Its owner can download all of the shop's data at any time from Shop settings.
